Leadership:

Catherine Baker Simms, PhD, BCBA-D

CEO, Clinical Director

Dr. Simms received her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University in 2006, her B.S. in Psychology from University of North Florida in 2010, her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Developmental Disabilities from Auburn University in 2011 under James Carr and Linda LeBlanc, and her PhD in Psychology, concentrating in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida in April of 2015 under Timothy Vollmer. Her areas of specialization and research are in communication/verbal behavior, early intervention, schools consultation, parent training, and problem behavior reduction. In her free time, Dr. Simms loves spending time with her husband and family, snuggling with her two dogs, camping, going to the beach, and watching college basketball.

Molly Hankla, MA, BCBA

Assistant Clinical Director

Ms. Molly received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2013 and her M.A. in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of the Pacific in 2016 under Carolynn Kohn and Matthew Normand.  Her areas of specialization are in school consultation, parent training, and problem behavior reduction.  Her research interests include assessment and skill acquisition for novel behaviors and populations. In her spare time, Molly loves teaching yoga, and traveling. For fun, Ms. Molly enjoys teaching yoga, hiking, and playing with her cat.

Jaime Connor

Office Manager

Ms. Jaime started working at FCI in December of 2016. She brings more than 35 years of experience in business and medical accounting to the team. She attended Capital University in Columbus, OH pursuing a degree in Psychology and Criminology, and she looks forward to completing her degree here in Jacksonville. In her free time, Ms. Jaime loves to read, create stained glass, and play with her two dogs.

Butler Braren, BS

Registered Behavior Technician

Mr. Butler received his B.S. in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida in 2016. He plans to continue his education pursuing a graduate degree in Psychology, concentrating in Applied Behavior Analysis. In his free time, Mr. Butler loves playing tennis and playing with his dog, Frank.

Caroline Daguinod, BS

Registered Behavior Technician

Ms. Caroline received his B.S. in Psychology with a focus in Child Psychology from the University of North Florida in 2016. She plans to continue her education pursuing a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. In her free time, Ms. Caroline loves working in the nursery at her church, and serves as the Vice President of Loreto Affairs for LUSCAN, a non-profit supporting children in the Philippines, and working out.

Courtney Arcuri, BA

Registered Behavior Technician

Ms. Courtney has received her B.A. in Psychology with a focus in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Florida in 2017. She is currently working to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and has plans to attend Graduate School at the University of North Florida in the future to pursue a career in School Counseling. During her free time, Ms. Courtney enjoys reading, playing video games, and working on 3D ceramics.

Paige Price, BS

Behavior Technician

Ms. Paige received her B.S. in Health and Human Development from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. While pursuing her degree, she spent time working for a treatment program specializing in Personality and Mood Disorders. Ms. Paige will continue on to a Master’s program that will allow her to focus directly on individuals dealing with Developmental and Psychological Disablities. In her spare time, Ms. Paige loves being outside, practicing yoga, and traveling.
